WHO ARE YOUR HOSTS?

The Boston Druggists' Association (BDA) was founded in 1875 and is the oldest supper club in New England comprised largely of individuals who work or have worked in the Pharmacy industry within this region during their careers. Many who practiced in retail, hospital, sales and academia are now retired or are approaching that transition and attend member meetings to continue networking with their friends and colleagues long after leaving the workplace. BDA hosts 4-5 meetings per year at suburban venues and offers speakers that discuss fascinating topics about important facets of life but not necessarily in healthcare.

"The Massachusetts Executive Office of Elder Affairs is an agency of State government responsible for providing programs and services to the senior citizens and disabled of the Commonwealth. SHINE (Serving the Health Insurance Needs of Everyone) is one of the important Programs the Office coordinates to ensure citizens are aware of Medicare, MassHealth and how to interact with their array of offerings.
